I had a great experience at Peoria Toyota their sales people are really nice and friendly. im not really big on cars but its a necessity so after a few weeks of dealer hopping im glad to have stumbled on Peoria Toyota where Greg showed me their inventory and introduced me to the Yaris. it was just love at first sight i was able to get approved and financed in less than 2 hrs and have never been happier with such a big purchase not one regret! five stars to Peoria Toyota more

I have always recommended this dealership to all of my friends and family so I was excited when it was time to get a new car! My lease was up and after weeks of researching and deciding on the car I wanted I called up good old Peoria Toyta who helped out my brother when he bought his new car. The sales guy was very pleasant and was straight to the point. I really enjoy my brand new Camry it has been a blessing every step of the way! more

As always, I had a great experience over at Peoria Toyota. I made an appointment on their website last week to check out their new Camry. I prefer dealing with the internet department because you can give them specifics and they usually deliver without the b.s. I’ve been here a number of times to buy my Corolla and have always been treated nicely by their personnel , the staff here is the reason why I keep coming back. I have to recommend Peoria Toyota and meet with the Internet Guys because they definitely take care of his customers. more

I read a lot of reviews about the dealers in my area. I found that Peoria Toyota offered their customers better service than most other. I decided to check out their website and fell in love with their Camry Hybrid I contacted the internet dept and got a response very quickly. I told him how I was interested in the Hybrid and how much I could afford. He sent me a really nice layout with pictures and prices of the car I wanted. I barely spent any time at the dealership because the internet manager took care of everything for me! All I had to do was come in, get financed, and picked up my freshly detailed Camry Hybrid!!! I was so excited, especially since I spent an intensive 30 minutes examining the car to make sure it was in top notch shape, which it was! So I give the dealer 5 stars!!! more

I definitely recommend checking out Peoria Toyota, their sales are better than most other places Ive researched and I'm happy with my new buy. After a day test driving about a dozen Toyotas, the salesman was very patient with me and so was finance. Finance explained every side of a package and explained exactly how much I would pay. I chose the package that had the most benefits and within my budget. I was very nervous about huge buys, but I am very comfortable with this one! This is a great dealership, especially if it's your first time. more

My car was sooooo dunzo! but so glad to finally get rid of that thing the first palce i stopped by was Peoria Toyota and the salespeople were kind and curteous, exactly how i expect customer service. They asked simple questions like do you want an SUV, a sedan, or a truck? I love small sedans because there fast and so easy to park. So my sales guy Greg showed me there 2010 Corolla and i instantly fell in love! but they didnt have the exterior i wanted so i had to wait about an hour until they found the car of my dreams! I give them 5 stars for showing me exactly what i wanted and my husband wasnt angry or upset after he paid for it! :-P more

I had such a bad experience last time I was here about 6 years ago. However, my wife was so persistent about coming here because all of her girlfriends come here to buy their cars, so I decided why not, it’s been a while anyway. I think it’s the first time I am glad I listened to my wife. The salesmen were great and finance was really easy, buying the car was really easy and quick. I will definitely comebackw hen it’s my turn to buy a car. more

I had a great experience buying a car from here a few years back and now it was time to buy my wife a new car. I thought while she looked around I might as well have my car serviced. No problems with the service department they seemed to be really busy buty didn't mind taking another car in, I didn't even get an ounce of attitude they were friendly and efficient just like their sales people. My wife found the vehicle she wanted, but it was a bit out of our price range, but Jim made it work. I got the monthly payments I wanted with a great warranty. This is my usual dealership and I recommend it to anybody looking for a new car or just need their car serviced. more

For the first time, I actually had a good experience buying a car! I don’t have the best credit in the world, but the salesman was so nice and helped me find a cute used car that budget would allow. I am pretty picky but Greg was so patient while I measured out the pros and cons of each car I looked at. Five stars for Greg for patience and attention!!! more

When I was considering buying a car, I came here for a spin in a new Camry Hybrid. Ten months after that, I finally got my hybrid and it's awesome. I've been in to see the service department several times for maintenance and have been very happy with the service and price. The first oil change/rotation they didn't even charge me for. I really like these guys. I bought my wife her Scion tC here back in 2006. Compared to where I bought my Tundra I liked this experience much more. The sales man was be honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward. The manager came to close the deal and we spent at least an hour going over every little detail during the negotiation. They were seriously patient. But I was impressed with their knowledge and no-pressure approach so we bought right then and there. I am sold on Toyota products and Peoria Toyota Scion is where I will take my business in the future. more

When my grand am finally kicked the bucket, I needed to get a (affordable) car asap. Heard alot about Toyota's so I found a few in my price range on the website. Two test drives later and after no pressure from the salesguy, I happily drove off the lot in a 98 camry. Definitely recommend these guys. more

All I've done with them so far is get service on my Scion xB, but they've been great. Quick service - usually faster than their estimate, a relatively nice waiting area & helpful staff. The sales people even try not to look too disappointed when I explain that I'm just looking at the new models while my car is being serviced. Pretty much what you would expect from a dealership service station, minus the car dealer creepiness. more

I had a coupon for a free brake check and took our van in. The staff there were absolutely great and very helpful. I ended up taking my truck in again for some new tires. Pricing seems fair as well. After my last visit a few days later, we got a thank you card in the mail from them. Somewhat shocking. more
