I have always recommended this dealership to all of my friends and family so I was excited when it was time to get a new car! My lease was up and after weeks of researching and deciding on the car I wanted I called up good old Peoria Toyta who helped out my brother when he bought his new car. The sales guy was very pleasant and was straight to the point. I really enjoy my brand new Camry it has been a blessing every step of the way! more

they take care of customers 1/29/2011

As always, I had a great experience over at Peoria Toyota. I made an appointment on their website last week to check out their new Camry. I prefer dealing with the internet department because you can give them specifics and they usually deliver without the b.s. I’ve been here a number of times to buy my Corolla and have always been treated nicely by their personnel , the staff here is the reason why I keep coming back. I have to recommend Peoria Toyota and meet with the Internet Guys because they definitely take care of his customers. more

Top Notch customer service and delivery 12/30/2010

I read a lot of reviews about the dealers in my area. I found that Peoria Toyota offered their customers better service than most other. I decided to check out their website and fell in love with their Camry Hybrid I contacted the internet dept and got a response very quickly. I told him how I was interested in the Hybrid and how much I could afford. He sent me a really nice layout with pictures and prices of the car I wanted. I barely spent any time at the dealership because the internet manager took care of everything for me! All I had to do was come in, get financed, and picked up my freshly detailed Camry Hybrid!!! I was so excited, especially since I spent an intensive 30 minutes examining the car to make sure it was in top notch shape, which it was! So I give the dealer 5 stars!!! more

No sleezy tricks here! 12/27/2010

I definitely recommend checking out Peoria Toyota, their sales are better than most other places Ive researched and I'm happy with my new buy. After a day test driving about a dozen Toyotas, the salesman was very patient with me and so was finance. Finance explained every side of a package and explained exactly how much I would pay. I chose the package that had the most benefits and within my budget. I was very nervous about huge buys, but I am very comfortable with this one! This is a great dealership, especially if it's your first time. more

Peoria Toyota - 5 stars 12/24/2010

My car was sooooo dunzo! but so glad to finally get rid of that thing the first palce i stopped by was Peoria Toyota and the salespeople were kind and curteous, exactly how i expect customer service. They asked simple questions like do you want an SUV, a sedan, or a truck? I love small sedans because there fast and so easy to park. So my sales guy Greg showed me there 2010 Corolla and i instantly fell in love! but they didnt have the exterior i wanted so i had to wait about an hour until they found the car of my dreams! I give them 5 stars for showing me exactly what i wanted and my husband wasnt angry or upset after he paid for it! :-P more

Personable and Straightforward experience 11/27/2010

When we recently arrived at Peoria Toyota Scion, we were prepared to buy a Honda Odyssey. We told salesman David Desmond our situation, and he did his best to tell us the features and benefits of the Toyota Sienna. David's approach to our situation was impressive. He sold us on the Sienna, but more importantly, he sold us on himself and the quality of service Toyota would provide. We live 60 miles from Peoria Toyota, which is somewhat of a concern when service and repairs are considered. However, we decided that David's salesmanship as well as the 2-year maintenance agreement were well worth it. \r \r The Sienna is a great van, but David did an outstanding job of educating and catering to my family. We were van shopping with 3 children (ages 6, 4, and 1), and David, along with the staff at Peoria Toyota did a great job of keeping all of our children happy (and fed!). \r \r If you want a personable and knowledgable salesman, David Desmond is who you should see. Our experience at Peoria Toyota is well worth writing about, and others should see for themselves. more

Horrible dealership experience with Toyota Peoria 8/21/2010

I have been struggling for first 5 days to get in touch with any person as calls were directed from one desk to another like a perfect bureaucratic structure. Later when tried reaching someone through email , representative from E commerce department was trying for last 7-10 days to get one of the staff talk to me but people are so busy that no one calls. I was told the GM - Steve or Andrew will call but none so far. I left few message for GM but no response. I sensed that there is something wrong with the dealership\r I was talking to few executives yesterday and one happen to be from CAT and he expressed the similar experience. Hence I think it is not worth going there. If this is an experience before buying the care, what will be the case after you purchase the car. Seems its a bad time for Toyota to have such dealership . \r \r I would say complete NO NO for this dealer.\r more

first good dealership experience :) 5/29/2010

For the first time, I actually had a good experience buying a car! I don’t have the best credit in the world, but the salesman was so nice and helped me find a cute used car that budget would allow. I am pretty picky but Greg was so patient while I measured out the pros and cons of each car I looked at. Five stars for Greg for patience and attention!!! more

The Staff here is excellent! Jim was wonderful to work with and I am very pleased with my 2010. Definitely was one of the best Sales Experience I have ever had and the most wonderful salesman ever!!! Great Staff 12/27/2009

When I was considering buying a car, I came here for a spin in a new Camry Hybrid. Ten months after that, I finally got my hybrid and it's awesome. \r I've been in to see the service department several times for maintenance and have been very happy with the service and price. The first oil change/rotation they didn't even charge me for. I really like these guys.\r I bought my wife her Scion tC here back in 2006. Compared to where I bought my Tundra I liked this experience much more. The sales man was be honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward. The manager came to close the deal and we spent at least an hour going over every little detail during the negotiation. They were seriously patient. But I was impressed with their knowledge and no-pressure approach so we bought right then and there. I am sold on Toyota products and Peoria Toyota Scion is where I will take my business in the future. Pros: Fast and Effecient Service Cons: none more
