I was made so very comfortable throughout the entire process. At this point in my life, leasing a car has been the largest financial commitment I have made-which can be a bit nerve-wracking! To be able to walk away from signing those papers without even a glimpse of stress or regret was such a beautiful thing. Again, I am very lucky to be a part of the West Covina Toyota family more

Typical car sales dealership... dishonest liars! 4/16/2012

In 2012, they continue their bad rating for being a typical car sales dealership. Even though I got my car there, I don't feel 100% satisfied. Until I see more happy customer ratings, I warn all customers to be careful, do your homework and shop around for the best price. Negotiate and get everything in writing before you fill out any applications. edmonds dot com give you a good starting point for invoice pricing. Never pay sticker price!\r \r I am a smart shopper and I hate it when salespeople are dishonest liars! I feel sorry for the other shoppers that have fallen for their tricks. more

I bought my 2010 Yaris from here. The sales process was fairly quick and I was able to get a great rate. I have also been doing all my regular scheduled maintenance here. The Service staff have always been courteous and helpful. They are not pushy about what services I need, and have always tried to accommodate my budget as much as possible. Thank you more

DISHONEST! SHADY! TERRIBLE! AVOID! Trust me. 3/4/2012

I called before and asked if they still have any 2011 Prius II. Valerie, the internet sales rep, told me they still had about 9 left, in all different colors. I told her I had an Out The Door quote from another dealer, and was wondering if she would match it. She asked her fleet sales internet manager, Garret, and he said, bring in the written quote and he will MATCH or BEAT the price. I arranged a meeting for the next day. Before I left I called AGAIN to make sure the offer still stands (because I lived 40 minutes away). A rep said it is, so I drove all the way there. When I first arrived, my impression of the place was already bad. The sales rep who greeted me had crumbs on his mouth and was very unprofessional. When we finally met Garret, we asked him again if he would match or beat the quote from somewhere else. He said ""Let me go check with my boss."" That's when I knew this place was shady. HE IS THE BOSS. BE UP FRONT WITH ME YOU COWARD! He took the quote that I showed him and went to different room to print out the numbers. When he returned, he gave me his ridiculous number $1.500 off my out the door quote somewhere else. I was like you gotta be f***ing with me. You sneaky little douchebag. I gathered my things and left right away. Garret was very unprofessional with his approach and how he explained things. AVOID AT ALL COST! No wonder they still have 9 Prius left, the boss is a bitch. I read the reviews before hand but was optimistic about this, shame on me. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Just for fun, their WIFI password for JOE is ""wctoyota"". How stupid are they? Destroy their bandwidth. more

this dealership does NOT participate in the costco auto program 5/12/2008

this dealership is NOT a costco auto program participant. i walked onto the dealer lot on may 11, 2008. two of their sales people and two of the sales manager assured me that they participate in the costco auto purchasing program. after their sales people showed me some prices, i asked to see the costco membership price sheet. one of the sales manager assured me that the price they were showing is the costco price. after repeating my request a 3rd or 4th time, another sales manager finally said that they did not have the costco price sheet at the time and that i was being rude for asking for it. needless to say, this dealership will try their best to convince prospective buyers into thinking that they will get the costco price. the next day, i contacted costco directly about all this. costco assured me that west covina toyota/scion dealership does NOT participate in the costco program. costco also informed me that they will send a legal letter to the dealership warning them not to use the costco name again. Pros: good selection of cars Cons: dishonest sales people more

BAD SERVICE DEPT-STAY AWAY!!!!!! 5/30/2007

My Fiance and I used to take our cars here for their maintenance. We trusted them since we bought our cars at this dealership. We trust them that they are doing their job in terms of maintaining our cars. Everytime we take our cars for simple oil change..when we get it back there would be something wrong with the car..engine light on, tire pressure on or there's a weird sound..and they never admit fault. We would talk to the service rep who helped us and would informed us that they will correct it...but it get so tiring and time consuming to go back and forth at the dealership when you have work. When you want to talk to the manager..they don't connect you to him...also, my car is only 2 years old and I already changed tired..because they say they align it..but they never do...my car was not align..the inner side of the tires were complete bald and the outer is like new...good thing my dad saw it and took it to his friend to get it fix..or it would have been a big problem...and my fiance car is about to have the same problem...and he's car is only a year old...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!!!!!! more
