They replaced the main sewer line under our house... yes jackhammered up a trench in the basement floor, tore out the rusted cast iron pipe (old house) and replaced it with PVC. ...

Toilets repair with Brad B. 9/12/2017

Brad was prompt, courteous , good natured, and knowledgeable. He gave me my options after finding the problem and even checked & rechecked water at base of toilet. This proved to be an additional leak. I chose the options that gave me a 1 year guarantee. All was cleaned up well and I am 100% pleased with his work. Tim Lorson more

Helpful with water heater replacement 4/21/2017

Even though it was late on a Friday, Brad came out to the house and took the time to go over what was wrong with our water heater, and what options we had to replace it. He was able to order a new water heater and replace it the same evening. They protected the floor so rusty water wouldn't spill onto the carpet when they removed the old one. He thoroughly explained the new water heater after it was installed. more

Resolve a leaking wash tub 3/12/2017

Jeff recommended moving water pipes from basement ceiling to the wall and correctly fastening with ball valves and no leak fittings. I was given choice of a wall mount or using my current tub and the prices for each being done. No surprise add ons or problems with work done. It works as promised. Thank you Jeff more

Clogged toilet 2/22/2017

I am always pleased with the service I get when I have an issue in my home. Brad has been out before with the same issue and he let me know what can be done, if it happens again. But, my only issue is with the $..seems a bit high to unclog a toilet in minutes. If he struggle with it for an hour or more; then I could understand that. more

Rating for Adam V. and Penning Plumbing 6/2/2016

Adam V. was our serviceman. We needed service quickly and the company squeezed him into an early time. A new range was being installed by a big box company and their delivery men would not complete the job because the shut off for the gas was in the basement. They left the new range in the garage and departed. Why the location of the valve made a difference was unknown to me and also to Adam when he came onto the job. Adam turned off the gas quickly and then suggested that he move the shut off valve to the kitchen so that when the delivery men returned there could be no question that they could install the range. That's the long story. Briefly, however, it remains to be said that Adam was most efficient and finished the above work in little time and pleasantly. We would be happy to have him in the future for any sort of work his company performs. L. Bartrand more

Brad & your answering service were great! squeezed me in On a hectic afternoon and got my faulty bathtub control replaced in an hour. Made the call at 11:30 am & had appt. crosstown for 1 pm. Received return call in route back home & arrived back home 5 min. before Brad arrived where he did a great job. My water bill thanks you & so do I. more
