Terrible Service!! 8/20/2010

Wasted 4 days trying to get my heating unit repaired - they couldn't come out the first day, called to say they couldn't make it the second day but promised to be there the next (third) day, didn't show up at all then either, and didn't answer my calls on the fourth day. Do yourself a favor and try another company for better service. more

Peninsula Heating and Appliance was great when we needed a replacement for an old specialty part at work. They tracked down the part we needed in no time when others said they couldn't find it . more

Great Service 1/29/2009

I needed some parts for an older heating system at my mom's house. This place had it! They came, they installed and everything was back in working condition in no time at all. Their service tech had great customer service skills as well. I would recommend this company to other people. more

Worst Service Ever! 7/5/2006

Horrible service. Many unreturned phone calls and letters to get someone to show up to finish the work. Multiple no shows on appointments with me and the city inspector. Multiple return trips by the workers to get the work done. Vents not connected properly fell off under the house. more
