Wasted 4 days trying to get my heating unit repaired - they couldn't come out the first day, called to say they couldn't make it the second day but promised to be there the next (third) day, didn't show up at all then either, and didn't answer my calls on the fourth day. Do yourself a favor and try another company for better service.
