My tractor broke down and I needed them to replace a belt. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks. I said fine. It was FOUR weeks until they even looked at it or ordered parts. It was SIX weeks before I received my tractor back!!
When I talked to the mechanic he said, with attitude, ""Well I took a week off!"", and then continued with ""I've got 72 other tractors here too and they all need work!"". I was floored... that's his job. I'm dumbfounded why a company that big, that sells new tractors and does repairs too, only hires ONE mechanic. Furthermore, why are they so bad at scheduling. If it's going to take 6 weeks to get a belt then tell me. But don't promise 2-3 weeks when it's going to be 6. And then to show so much attitude...
They are the only game in town and act the part. They do not care about their reputation nor their attitude.
I agree fully with a previous reviewer who said that they were condescending. I've never been so frustrated with a company.
