Pellegrino's Saab Service

My son is at Cornell with my old car, a 2000 Saab 9-5. Pellegrino's Saab has been keeping him safe and on the road for 3 years. I cannot say enough good things about their excellent service. Nic and Rose are friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgable about Saabs. I will miss them terribly when my son graduates! more

I have been going to Nick Pellegrino's Saab Service for over 10 years. Recently I took my car into his shop to have my snow tires changed. I called and made arrangements for them to have my car all day so that they could "fit it in". Rose Pellegrino called me the night before and told me they had a 7:30 am appointment open. I told her that I was going to try to drop off the car that evening. They assumed that I agreed to take the 7:30 time slot. When I was unable to take the car that evening instead dropping it off at 8:00 am Nick was rude and upset. He had his mechanic load up my snow tires into my car and asked me to leave. I did so politely. I will never use or recomend his shop ever again. Customer service is not his strong suit more
