I have had 2 very bad experiences with Pehrson's. I took in a snow blower that would not start and it was during the winter. They told me it would be 10 days and they would call me after they had looked at it. I called after 14 days cause I hand not herd from them. They told me they could not find my snow blower and did not have a ticket order for my item. They told me they would call when they find it, 3 days later they called and said they found it and it might take a few days but would let me know when it was ready to pick up. a week later I called again to get an update, they said they had not had a chance to look at it but they would call me. I called the following weekend, and had a hard time again finding my ticket for the blower and they would have to call me back. They called me the next day to tell me that the snow blower was not repairable. I waited 4 weeks in the winter to find out I needed to buy a new snow blower!\r

This spring I took in my lawn mower to have a new blade put on it, it was bent badly and not working. I took it in on Saturday and they said the blade would be ordered from the local warehouse and be ready for pick up in 2 days on Monday. I did not receive a call so I called them the following Wednesday to find out that the part was on back order, which I understand but it would have been nice to get a phone call. They said if the part does not come in by Friday they would take a blade off a new existing mower and use it for mine, and they would call to let me know. I was busy that weekend and did not have a chance to follow up, nor did I receive a call that I was promised. Now 12 days later I called to get an update on the mower blade. Are you ready for this? They could not find my mower or the ticket order, urgh! They would have to call me back when they find it. I recieved a call the part has still not come in or the other blade switched out. My lawn is long and I hope I get my mower back this weekend after 2 weeks of waiting and not being called ever. This will be the last time I use Pehrson's. They are friendly, but have bad communication between employees, have a hard time with writing tickets for work orders. Do a terrible job of keeping you updated or calling at all. They are the closest to my home, but am forced to use someone else. I don't think I can handle a strike 3 :(
