Ten days ago I brought my parents lawn mower in because we couldn't get it started and was told they could do a tune up but it would take 7-10 days. I left the mower and my mother followed up 10 days later at which point she learned there were still 8 mowers ahead of ours and it hadn't even been started. She took the mower with her, was completely unimpressed with the professionalism (I was never given a quote for the tune-up or even helped with my mower) and complete lack of customer service. When she said she was taking the mower she was told ""good, one less for us to do."" I don't care if mowers rank low on their priority list, everyone deserves better customer service than that, it should be simple common courtesy. I will never come to Pehrsons again and recommend everyone go elsewhere.
