Very friendly employees. However, it would help if management kept the salesmen away from the waiting lobby. Customers do not want to hear a sales pitch while waiting to have their cars serviced. When I'm ready to buy a new car, I will be walking around in the parking lot instead of sitting in the waiting lobby. more

I have never purchased a car from your dealership and have attempted numerous times to unsubscribe, but to no avail, even though I received a response that my name has been unsubscribed. Great Service Experience 1/15/2014

Warrantee service was conducted most professionally. They listened to my concerns and addressed everyone no matter how minor. They found a serious problem and completely fixed it without any questions. With the attention I was given I felt like a valued customer. I am ashamed I did not buy the vehicle from Pecheles. more

Fast process 7/26/2011
