awful service, awful shuttle service

they went the extra mile to make everything all right. Everyone was very friendly and they even delivered the vehicle (60+ miles) to my house and took away my trade in. I would definitely recommend Joe Pecheles Volkswagen to anyone. more

One of the BEST experiences 7/19/2011

One of the BEST experiences I had for a service appointment. Their new service advisor (Ben) kept me up to date with everything even during a simple 20,000 mile service. And he even surprised me by fully detailing my car. It made me a very happy camper. All my friends that worked with Ben when he was at Honda always spoke how awesome their service department was... and know I can see why! more

Very impressed 7/14/2011

Kristin, whom I was originally in contact with online went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and at ease on each of my visits. Also I was very impressed about how quickly we were able to complete the sale once a price had been agreed too...Thanks to Derrick, Jason and Britton. I will definitely be purchasing at Joe Pecheles in the future! more

The best car dealership 7/12/2011

I traded a gas guzzler for a vehicle that gets more miles per gallon and looks better too! Each employee that I had the opportunity to speak with was cordial and willing to assist. I never felt that I was in the wrong place. Kudos to Joe Pecheles of Greenville, NC! You guys are definitely the best car dealership in Greenville, NC! more

The gentleman at the service desk was professional. As a team, these folk did all possible to ensure that I was able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted and one that would save me an extreme cost in gas. more

A pleasure to work with 6/30/2011

I was in the market for a new car with great gas mileage and safety: PLUS a joy to drive. I researched and found the 2011 Jetta TDI Sportswagon to suit my needs. I travel for my job and have excessive mileage so this was the one! The salesman Josh Pugh was a pleasure to work with. I have only had my vehicle 3 days ,and it is GREAT!!!! I wouold recommend this dealer to others. I was treated with respect and excellant customer service. You do get what you pay for! more
