So it happened to me. Walked in yesterday! All paperwork in hand to make sure the process was quick and seamless. As I walked in, I realized the woman at the desk had a customer on speakerphone, so I was reluctant to approach. She motioned me over and asked what she could do for me. No greeting. I presented all paperwork (doctor's prescription, insurance and even username/password to verify benefits) - she snatched it from me --- like if I was bothering her. Told me I could get up to $160 in frames - motioned that I might be able to find something on the adjoining wall. Turned away and went about her business (completely cold to me). Sad that all 3 agents just sat there and didn't offer any assistance. Quite shocked at this point, I searched glasses, found one pair went up to the lady and asked if they had another color, her reply ""NO"" and went about her business. I don't know what I said or did to make this disgrace of an agent mad -- maybe I interrupted her lunch, didn't bring lunch or what? Very shocked. So I informed her I couldn't find anything and decided to leave --- she handed me my paperwork and didn't say a word --- So I left. The most uncomfortable experience in my life. What I would suggest is stay away. NOT A GREAT PLACE! I don't care what anyone says. This was completely inexcusable. We, or at least I, rely on assistance when choosing some so important to me. STAY AWAY. By the way, I called to inform the lady how she made me feel. I asked to speak with Management --- imagine, I am still waiting for that call.... more

I walked into this location and noticed the really small variety/selection of frames for men. I waited for about 15 minutes and was never greeted. I even tried to approach one of the employees and she immediately got up and moved to the other side of the showroom. I simply walked out went to another Pearle Vision location and was greeted properly, so I spent about $700. See what a proper greeting can do for your business? Pros: null Cons: null more

I also disagree with the bad review. I have always had a pleasant experience here, and they have great hours on top of that if you have a contact emergency! Not only that, my last time I was in for glasses, their assistant helped me pick out a pair and she advised that the cheapest ones looked the best on me. They are nice honest people. more

Excellent Place 6/28/2008

I totally love Dr Huber and the staff. (in an eye exam way) Everyone is very down to earth. THEY WILL NOT LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHICH FRAME TO CHOSE!! They arent about just making $$. They acually do care about how you feel about your frame choice and if its the right one for your features! I think I have worked with every staff member there and everyone of them are awesome. And funny. =) I will go there even if my insuarnce isnt accepted. The atmosphere is the best! Do not hesitate when choosing this place! DO IT! Pros: The doctor and Staff Cons: none more

I took my sons for their eye exams to Dr. Huber. He was very professional & all the while joking around. I believe that he is a great doc as well as his staff. I will continue to take my sons to him unless my insurance is no longer accepted! Pros: Excellent Doc & staff Cons: Insurance doesn't cover a lot. more

Dr.Huber is rude and money hungry 8/29/2007

Dr. Huber is an awful eye doctor. He has tried to fit me in several different contact lenses and still has not gotten the fit or brand right. He is moody and rude when you are in hi office and he actually got impatiient with me when I asked him to explain my bill! DOn't let him waste your time. Pros: none Cons: rude, not greatful for his customers more
