Great experience 3/31/2013

I had seen a TV commercial where they advertised a leasing deal of the KIA Soul. I decided to go ask how the deal works without the intention of leaving with a car. After arriving to the dealership I explained to Shannon that my reason to be there was mainly to get information on the car. I received a great customer service from Shannon during the whole time I was at the dealership, and best of all no hard sale or pressure from him for me to drive out with a car. After explaining to Shannon what my conditions were if I were going to get a new car he work with me until we reach an agreement that was satisfactory to me and to the dealership. After just a few minutes of negotiation we reached an agreement and the completion of all the paperwork to lease the car was faster than I expected. Overall, I am pleased to have visited Peak Kia today and happy with the new car. more

I love my new Soul! Dealt with John Call and I had a great experience. Shopped at a few local dealers, didn't find the car I wanted and then went to Peak Kia, John Call found the color and equippment I was looking for at a great price. I will send anyone I know to see John! more

Absolutely Fabulous!!! 3/30/2013

I honestly was not going to buy a new car today as I already had the Kia Optima 2011. Just stopped by Peak Kia by chance to look and see what all the fuss was about with the new 2013 Optima. Once I saw all the bells and whistles it came with I suddenly didn't want to go home in my 2011. No I'm not spoiled just blessed! :) Lalo, Shannon, Nick & Corey were an absolute dream to work with. Not only were each of them completely knowledgeable and professional but they treated me as if I was family. They showered my son with popcorn, cookies & gum. I can't wait to tell everyone about my ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS experience!!! I would recommend Peak Kia 110%, not only because Kia is amazing and continuously making their vehicles more and more inviting but then throw in AMAZING customer service and you won't be disappointed. Thank you again Lalo, Shannon, Nick & Corey!!! I absolutely LOVE my new 2013 Kia Optima and I will be forever grateful to each and every one of you!!! more

Andy was very knowledgeable about the Optimas we were interested in and knew virtually everything there was to know about the car. Really enjoyed the experience of purchasing a new car. My husband was dreading the idea of how long it normally takes to buy a new car, but we were in and out in less than 2 hours. Great staff and dealership. I will tell all of my friends and family to go to peak Kia before they but any where else. more

I got a great deal from John Call at PeaK Kia. I have been shopping for a few weeks and have not had much luck finding a dealer willing to work with me, so when a friend suggested I go see John Call at Peak Kia I figured I'd get the same old run around. Not the case with John, he worked hard to get me a deal I could live with. He even went out of state to get the car I wanted. Talk about service!! If you need a car, go see John!! I'm glad I did. more

I came to Peak Kia looking for a Sorento, I did some research and was comparing with different makes. I was lucky to work with Sophie, it was nice to be working with a women. We drove the Sportage and the Sorento to make sure I was making the right decision. Sophie gave me some numbers, I like how she didn't pressure me. I was back the next day to sign the paperwork and drove my new 2013 Sorento.. Thank you for your patience. I will definitely recommend my girl friends to her ;) more

Peak Kia is one of the best car dealerships I've been to, We were shopping for a new Sorento and decided Peak was closer and more convient. We met John Grant who was eager to find us an SX Sorento that we wanted. He was up front with the incentatives and pricing. Also, got us the best rate. New car mgr. was fantastic and excited for us. Fantastic lounge and service dept. I will recommend them to friends. I'm entered into the Payments on Peak drawing as well. more
