Review content:
Bags of garbage left behind (Only some of the garbage was taken). This is not the first time this has happened. Customer service is rude and slow to respond. I have yet to reach a human the first time I call. I have always had to leave a message during their business hours and wait for someone to call back.
Pros: Bill is easy to read.
Cons: Never pickup at same time, customer service, pickup is marginal
