DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THOSE GUYS BEFORE YOU CHECK THEY ARE SUPER SUPER OVER PRICE !!!!!!\r Stop by today and got a HEBE TITAN II was told by salesman that I can register with the manufacture for warranty when I went to look for the paper work there was nothing to register so I went on line to look for it and register to find that the same thing was sold all over for $69.00 but at the store they charge $149.00 called back the store with in 2h from the time of purchase told them what I found and told me that there is nothing they can do no store credit no refunds no exchange for nothing else guy on the phone didn't want me to talk to manager o owner told me had to wait till next day you know where that was going if they didn't want to do anything with in the first 2 hours \r very dissatisfied with service and consumer protection from those guys \r I know is a retail store but prices don't have to be so OFF more

Let me start by saying i work here, but this review is still as unbiased as i can make it. This store has a huge selection of basically all my smoking needs. Since day one the staff has been warm, helpful, and more laid back than most other headshops in the area. The prices are logical but if you want to save some cash, just go in on the right days. There's a discount for whatever product you're looking for depending on the day of the week. Ex. 20% off all glass mondays. The first time i walked into the store was 5 years ago and to this day i still leave with a smile. more

Today, I was treated in such a way that it still has me shocked. I visited The Peace Pipe Smoke Shop in Ft. Lauderdale, where I was an employee almost three years ago, to buy some incense since I was across the street. I was greeted with a warm hello by an employee before the owner, Mathew Ward, came out of his office. After some small talk his whole demeanor changed and started talking about visiting a location and how this location has him upset, after trying to change the conversation by asking how his baby was and complimenting the amount of things in the store, he kept pushing on how this store has him upset. He then orders me to look in his eyes like he has some sort of authority over me and then starts accusing me and two other past employees of taking product lines and even products from his store. I told him that I was only there to buy incense and not have any problems with anyone being that its been so long since I've worked there. He then accused me even more of fishing in his store for ideas, walked to the other room and stated ""I don't know what you're doing or who you think you are but you better bounce before you get bounced on the floor"" I proceeded to say bye to the person working there and told the owner how rude I found him and thanked him for this experience. After I left the store he proceeded to follow me to my car stating ""I have it coming for me, you're gonna get it one day."" pointing at me and making gestures like he's going to punch me in the face. I then asked him ""Is that a threat?"" He replied ""That's a threat and a promise."" I have never been treated in such an unprofessional, and rude manner in my entire life. I will never, ever step foot within the premises of The Peace Pipe again till the day my ashes are scattered and I hope not even an atom of ash touches such a horrible place. I will not take this lightly and will pursue justice to the fullest extent. Do what you will, but I ask you never to visit or support such an unprofessional business. Horrible shop. I called the store before going in to make sure they had what I was looking for. A gentleman (with a distinguishable accent) answered and told me they had a few of what I needed. I got there and they did NOT have what I needed. I told the man working that I had just called 10 minutes earlier and spoke to him. He denied ever speaking to me and said he had been there all day. The only other people working was a young girl and a little spanish kid who looked about 14. Anyways, after being lied to, the man who I was speaking with told me I'm impatient and crazy and I probably spoke to "Alex". Alex said no she didn't speak to me.. Bottom line. Peace pipe sucks and the only reason people go there is because if you live in broward it's just about the only place you can go. Next time, I will make the drive to Boca to go to Grateful J's or Hemp Factory. This is just one bad experience I have had. I gave them another shot, and this is how it ended. Whomever wrote the comment before mine obviously works there or is the owner because its a bunch of BS. This store sucks! ZERO stars. Pros: null Cons: null more

I loved this place, I've only been there about 3 times but they've never once been rude, always friendly, always making sure I have everything I need. The only time I've seen them with a serious face is when people run in acting like a bunch of fools. Like teenagers goofing off thinking they won't be carded. It doesn't make much sense that someone would be kicked out for saying smoke, considering they sell tabacco. Their prices are the best I've seen in Florida for the quality. I don't much care for the apparel but they do have a great line of clothes. Oh, and they had a sale going July 4th 25-75% off everything so their sells are GREAT. more

I hate these people who work here. I accidentally said "smoke" while we were talking about incense and the guy THREW me out of the store. I was like "Wait, stop yelling at me. It was an accident..." It's so funny that they treated me like a cop when I WAS a frequent customer. Then the guy behind the register started cursing, saying "GET THE F*** OUT OF THE STORE" then he chased my husband out while running after him with his fists flying. They have the worst customer service. I would recomend going anywhere else but here. more

hello, this headshop carries nice glass pipes, the only plausible complaint i can see is that many people are complaining about the prices of higher end dichroic glass and probably dont appreciate its value. sure there are cheap glass pipes at every run down gas station but this place sells true functional pieces of art. more

This headshop is the best. I have found my special place to shop. Great American made pipes & bongs, and lots to choose from. Vaporizers, hookahs, scales & lots of other stuff. Pros: Lots of pipes-lots of everything ! Amazing place ! Cons: I live an hour away . . . more

I walked into the PeacePipe in Ft. Lauderdale the other day and I got a great deal on a Vaporizer and a grinder! The girl behind the counter explained everything in great detail to me...if not twice lol :) and this was my second time in and i enjoyed the expierance and walked out a happy loyal customer. Pros: Great Customer Service, Large Selection Cons: none more

I really love the funky and open minded aura of this place but everything really is way too costly and impersonal!! I am not big on the lack of customer service there. I've walked in, looked around, stood in front of a salesperson (and they see me) while glancing at the items in the glass case and walked around a little more and left. Nothing. I go in for the refillable lighters, cigarette cases and maybe in search of a new "tobacco" pipe but overall, if I knew of another store like this I wouldn't go to Peace Pipe. Customer service man! It's what can make or break a business let me tell you. Pros: Different, cool stuff, 70's vibe! Cons: Expensive, impersonal, and the parking is on the road! more

I collect lighters and at one time this was a great store to go to and hang out at and talk with the people at. I actually used to enjoy spending money at the store. Unfortunately I found out today a lot has changed since 2008 and the atmosphere at the place is overbearing, the prices high and some people downright rude. Something odd is going on there and I am not sure what but I am never going to be seen going in there again. Pros: None Cons: Rude Salespeople others claim medical related - pricy - gives me a bad feeling more

Nice shop, huge selection of T-shirts, The help is very kind. Nice selection of smoking stuff. I would recommend this shop it looks like one of those places on the beach. more
