Stop by today and got a HEBE TITAN II was told by salesman that I can register with the manufacture for warranty when I went to look for the paper work there was nothing to register so I went on line to look for it and register to find that the same thing was sold all over for $69.00 but at the store they charge $149.00 called back the store with in 2h from the time of purchase told them what I found and told me that there is nothing they can do no store credit no refunds no exchange for nothing else guy on the phone didn't want me to talk to manager o owner told me had to wait till next day you know where that was going if they didn't want to do anything with in the first 2 hours \r
very dissatisfied with service and consumer protection from those guys \r
I know is a retail store but prices don't have to be so OFF
