I went to one of their competitors (if you can call them that) and after them keeping my phone for 3 days and then telling me they couldn't fix it then charged me $35 to look at it, I saw this company online and decided to call them. I did call a few other companies, but they said they couldn't fix my BlackBerry issue or they would look at it and would charge me if they could not repair it. When I called PDA Repair World, they were very friendly on the phone. I told them my problem and they said ""that's an easy one, we do 50 of those a day"". I then asked them if they couldn't fix it, how much would they charge? They told me ""not a dime, if we can't fix it, why would you have to pay us?"" Hallaluya! A company that thinks the way I do! Thanks to my 4-year old, my brand new BlackBerry went for a swim in the fish tank. T-Mobile said it couldn't be repaired (and obviously warranty wouldn't cover it) so it would be $400 for a new one. I sent it in for repair and it returned working like a champ! It also cost me about 1/4 the price of buying another phone! You made a believer out of me. Pros: Fixed my phone when T-Mobile just wanted to sell me another. Cons: Nothing at all! more
