I went to one of their competitors (if you can call them that) and after them keeping my phone for 3 days and then telling me they couldn't fix it then charged me $35 to look at it, I saw this company online and decided to call them. I did call a few other companies, but they said they couldn't fix my BlackBerry issue or they would look at it and would charge me if they could not repair it. When I called PDA Repair World, they were very friendly on the phone. I told them my problem and they said ""that's an easy one, we do 50 of those a day"". I then asked them if they couldn't fix it, how much would they charge? They told me ""not a dime, if we can't fix it, why would you have to pay us?"" Hallaluya! A company that thinks the way I do! So I figured I would try them out, since I didn't have anything to lose. I went in, expecting to leave my phone for another unknown amount of time, and they came out to talk to me after 15 minutes. Did they tell me to leave it? NO! They told me it was FIXED! and wanted to know if there was anything else they could help me with! I will never try anyone else again. These guys are the real BlackBerry Repair Experts. Don't even think about taking your BlackBerry phone anywhere else to have it repaired! This place is not just a local repair shop or a cell phone store that does repairs on the side, they are a huge mail order repair company that does business all over the world, so you can definitely trust them. You can go wrong with PDA Repair World. Thanks guys!\r
