I had a return phone call within an hour and scheduled an appointment the next day at my convenience. Steve also arrived on time - another plus for someone who has to leave work. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and worked on my new computer at my home - a major plus that I did not have to drag all of my components and peripherals to a big box store and wait hours, days for the repairs. I was literally on the verge of trashing my computer and buying a new one. On the advice of a friend, I gave Steve at PCHouseDoc a call. Before we scheduled an appointment, he basically diagnosed my situation over the phone, told me what I needed to get and where I could find it cheapest. Steve came to my house and I left him with the computer to run a few errands. When I returned a couple of hours later, everything was installed (including new, better and free virus protection) and my computer was running faster than it ever had. Steve even set up some reminder folders with easy links to prompt me to perform some simple weekly/monthly maintenance to keep the computer running as fast as ever.
