I was literally on the verge of trashing my computer and buying a new one. On the advice of a friend, I gave Steve at PCHouseDoc a call. Before we scheduled an appointment, he basically diagnosed my situation over the phone, told me what I needed to get and where I could find it cheapest. Steve came to my house and I left him with the computer to run a few errands. When I returned a couple of hours later, everything was installed (including new, better and free virus protection) and my computer was running faster than it ever had. Steve even set up some reminder folders with easy links to prompt me to perform some simple weekly/monthly maintenance to keep the computer running as fast as ever. In two hours, Steve turned a computer I was ready to throw away into a computer I will be able to use for several years to come. I honestly can't come up with any complaints about PCHouseDoc -- they are friendly, responsive, honest, professional and they standy by their work.
