These idiots will have you believe that they have your best interest at heart and will help you keep your house and avoid foreclosure by modifying your loan. ---Untrue--- Ive been waiting for 7 months and still get the run around from all 5 people in the office. Wells Fargo told me last week that they have absolutely no idea about any paperwork that has been filed pertaining to my loan. I've had enough. I need this modification badly due to my recent hardships, and soon I wont even have a roof over my head if I get foreclosed on. Then what will I do? I did some research and found that the standard time to complete a loan modification in the real world is about 75 to 90 days. Has anyone else dealt with this company and got results? (Not that I have been able to find.) It seems as if all these positive feedback posts about how great they are are just fakes. The same exact posts are on various different pages. This place is a FRAUD!!! BEWARE!!!!! They say that they will represent you in your attempt to modify your loan...but thats been illegal for 3 years. The lenders know this and they wont EVER talk to someone on your behalf without LEGAL representation. Heres the scenario: You pay them $$$ upfront and they make you wait until your house is in final foreclosure then they disappear and change the name of the business just like they always do. Bank of America was none too cooperative with helping me modify my mortgage. Eventually I fell behind three months and was frustrated that I could do nothing about my 7.5% interest rate. I went to The Payment Fighters and they told me all of my options. They even helped me get a permanent modification under that Obama program and my interest rate went down to 3%! I lost my job and went on social security. The Payment Fighters was able to not only get me a trial modification, They got me a permanent modification @ 2% as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone. There are licensed mortgage brokers as well. If I ever decide to buy another house, they will be the company of choice. more
