Bank of America was none too cooperative with helping me modify my mortgage. Eventually I fell behind three months and was frustrated that I could do nothing about my 7.5% interest rate. I went to The Payment Fighters and they told me all of my options. They even helped me get a permanent modification under that Obama program and my interest rate went down to 3%! I definitely recommend using their consulting services. We homeowners are entitled to have these mortgage modifications.
