Review content:
These idiots will have you believe that they have your best interest at heart and will help you keep your house and avoid foreclosure by modifying your loan.
---Untrue---
Ive been waiting for 7 months and still get the run around from all 5 people in the office. Wells Fargo told me last week that they have absolutely no idea about any paperwork that has been filed pertaining to my loan.
I've had enough.
I need this modification badly due to my recent hardships, and soon I wont even have a roof over my head if I get foreclosed on. Then what will I do?
I did some research and found that the standard time to complete a loan modification in the real world is about 75 to 90 days. Has anyone else dealt with this company and got results? (Not that I have been able to find.) It seems as if all these positive feedback posts about how great they are are just fakes. The same exact posts are on various different pages.
Help me someone please.
Pros: no pros.
Cons: They are the cons
