When I called with questions, the girl on the phone was extremely friendly and didn't rush me. All my questions were thoroughly answered. I had a busy week, but they were able to fit us in instead of making us wait. The salon was very clean and surprisingly very calm and relaxed feeling. The few dogs that were done were walking around, hanging out together, just nicely waiting for their owners.I don't know if it's always like this, but I don't want to go anywhere else now. This place has won us over already! They must have a great manager! Pros: clean, happy smiling employees & dogs, timely, nice cut Cons: none more

I have been going to Shauna for over 4 yrs. now. She is very sweet, loves animals, knows her grooming, accomidating, & has a clean grooming facility. Both of my dogs have no problem going there. They always look & smell good when i pick them up. If i'm not a 100% satisfied (which only happened once), Shauna offers to make it right if at all possible! Is she the cheapest groomer around? No. But she is timely, professional, good at what she does, and knows her stuff. It's like aything else: you usually get what you pay for! As for smell - its a dog grooming facility!!! Wet dirty dogs = not a great smell always! She does NOT leave dog drippings, etc. on her floor, she doesn't cage them up & she sincerely cares about their well being! I was online lookinig for Shaunas number to call and get an appt. for our little puppy, Rampage, to be groomed and came across this site and that review that is on here. Wow, someone must have been working at another location. Pawfection is NOTHING like that. We have been taking our dog who is almost 2 since day one. I love it. With the exception of one bad sanitary cut (after how many he has had there) and now we know who did it!! Shaunas place is truly one up on everyone else. I tell everyone about it at the dog parks we go to. I know for a fact that at least 6 of the dog owners I know go to her now. She has no cages which I love. The thought of your dog sitting in a cage for hours makes me sick. And when Shauna says 1 hour, she means 1 hour. Not "come back in 8 hours and by then your dog has sat in a cage for 7 hours. She is very sweet with the dogs when we come in. I have never seen the place dirty or smell bad so not sure where that "very disgruntled" person was smelling. And no, no one asked me to write a review. Just like I said, I was online finding the number and had to put my two cents in and let everyone know that as spoiled and loved as our dog is to us, we will never take him to anyone else but Shauna. This review comes from a disgruntled employee who has done nothing but knick, cut and harm other people's pets. We use an all-natural floor cleaner that we immediately spray and wipe up if a pet has an accident. The floors are cleaned with a hoover floormate with all-natural solution on a regular basis. I insist on the groomers in the salon meeting the needs and expectations of myself and my clients. This one did not make the cut. Please read reviews on yelp by several clients. I had six complaints in one day from this groomer including a knicked pad, being lazy about drying a dog and causing a sever ear infection, cutting around a sanitary trim, the worst haircut ever, causing a gash in a dogs stomach, cutting the inside of a dogs ears to pieces, and causing a cut so badly a dog had to receive vet treatment. I can provide written proof from all of these clients! This groomer was always in such a rush to get out of work, but insisted on a pay raise because "if she had to groom the way my clients liked she should get paid more." Call it the 20 something age of entitlement. Pathetic. I am building a website and will post before and after pictures. I challenge you to try my salon and see for yourself your pets are treated with love, kindess, and a quality grooming...especially now since this groomer is out of the picture!
