Review content:
This review comes from a disgruntled employee who has done nothing but knick, cut and harm other people's pets. We use an all-natural floor cleaner that we immediately spray and wipe up if a pet has an accident. The floors are cleaned with a hoover floormate with all-natural solution on a regular basis.
I insist on the groomers in the salon meeting the needs and expectations of myself and my clients. This one did not make the cut. Please read reviews on yelp by several clients.
I had six complaints in one day from this groomer including a knicked pad, being lazy about drying a dog and causing a sever ear infection, cutting around a sanitary trim, the worst haircut ever, causing a gash in a dogs stomach, cutting the inside of a dogs ears to pieces, and causing a cut so badly a dog had to receive vet treatment. I can provide written proof from all of these clients!
This groomer was always in such a rush to get out of work, but insisted on a pay raise because "if she had to groom the way my clients liked she should get paid more." Call it the 20 something age of entitlement. Pathetic.
I am building a website and will post before and after pictures. I challenge you to try my salon and see for yourself your pets are treated with love, kindess, and a quality grooming...especially now since this groomer is out of the picture! I come highly recommended by Scripps Parkway Veterinary Hospital, Scripps Ranch Veterinary Hospital, 4Paws Animal Hospital, I Gotta Go Pet Care, K-9 Total Training, Dogs Day Ranch, and many more. Please feel free to call these companies yourself.
I must be doing something right in order to have over 2,000 customers!!!!
