I was online lookinig for Shaunas number to call and get an appt. for our little puppy, Rampage, to be groomed and came across this site and that review that is on here. Wow, someone must have been working at another location. Pawfection is NOTHING like that. We have been taking our dog who is almost 2 since day one. I love it. With the exception of one bad sanitary cut (after how many he has had there) and now we know who did it!! Shaunas place is truly one up on everyone else. I tell everyone about it at the dog parks we go to. I know for a fact that at least 6 of the dog owners I know go to her now. She has no cages which I love. The thought of your dog sitting in a cage for hours makes me sick. And when Shauna says 1 hour, she means 1 hour. Not "come back in 8 hours and by then your dog has sat in a cage for 7 hours. She is very sweet with the dogs when we come in. I have never seen the place dirty or smell bad so not sure where that "very disgruntled" person was smelling. And no, no one asked me to write a review. Just like I said, I was online finding the number and had to put my two cents in and let everyone know that as spoiled and loved as our dog is to us, we will never take him to anyone else but Shauna. Trust me on this.
