Real Personal Service and Saved me Money 6/27/2010

I was looking to plan our own family Italy tour and happened to find Pavlus on the net. After some discussion the staff member placed me on a Globus tour to Italy saving us over $1,175 than my lowest plan I could find. They assisted us with all trip information and were most pleasant. My vote a real yes. Pros: Experienced Staff. Great Discounts Cons: Wish I could vacation more more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/6/2010

Unprofessional organization. They sent me a quote for a tour four days ago, and I cannot get a hold of anybody in their office to book it!! They keep forwarding my calls/messages to the same clown that never responds. How do they stay in business? I even asked to speak with anybody, and still have not received any help. Pros: no pros at this company Cons: where's the service??? more

Pavlus Travel 7/25/2008

We had an excellent experience with Pavlus Travel booking our 15-day tour Globus Tour to Italy. We had booked a hotel room planning to fly into Rome a day early. Unfortunately, Globus changed the date of our tour by a day, and the website where I had booked the hotel room would not refund our money. Our agent at Pavlus worked with Globus on our behalf and got us a full refund for our hotel room. Communication was excellent; the agent was friendly, very competent and efficient. We're going to Germany in 2009, and will definitely book through Pavlus Travel again. Pros: Good communication; competent and efficient agent; immediate problem resolution more

pavlus travel 10/15/2007

I had the misfortune to use Pavlus to book a Carnival cruise. I finally received info on my booking 2 months after paying for it, only after three requests to Pavlus. Cons: incompetant, and the customer pays for it more
