We had an excellent experience with Pavlus Travel booking our 15-day tour Globus Tour to Italy. We had booked a hotel room planning to fly into Rome a day early. Unfortunately, Globus changed the date of our tour by a day, and the website where I had booked the hotel room would not refund our money. Our agent at Pavlus worked with Globus on our behalf and got us a full refund for our hotel room. Communication was excellent; the agent was friendly, very competent and efficient. We're going to Germany in 2009, and will definitely book through Pavlus Travel again.
