Pavilion Fabric

Run - don't walk - to Pavilion Fabric. Ebi and his team continue to over deliver! I just had my third piece of furniture (2013) - a sofa this time - reupholstered by Pavilion and, once again, the result was beyond my expectations - absolutely stunning! The job was perfectly executed and at a price significantly less than the quote I received by the manufacturer of the piece. I will continue to come to Pavilion for all of my furniture and fabric needs. Thank you Ebi and Pavilion Fabric.\r \r 2011: I had two pieces of furniture that needed re-upholstering. One was a vinyl 50s era dinette sofa for my kitchen - I had priced out the job about three years ago and it was way too much money. The other was a big chair in my living room. I had gotten an estimate from the original manufacturer (Ethan Allen) but their price came in sky high. I found Pavilion Fabric because I was in the neighborhood and stopped in and showed Ebi the owner some pictures of my two pieces. He went through a virtual slide show of before/after shots of some of the work he has done at Pavilion recently. Long story short, I was confident he would do the job right and after selecting fabric for the chair and a new vinyl for the dinette sofa, Ebi and his crew picked up the pieces at my house and carted them off in their truck. A few short weeks later, they were delivered to me today. The job Pavilion did was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The pieces are eye-poppingly beautiful. Everything correctly sewn and stuffed. I couldn't have asked for more. I am over the top happy with the job they did and --- at a significantly lower cost than what I had been quoted by the others. I am one happy customer and will be back when I have my next job to do. Thank you Ebi and Pavilion. more

I had an awful time with this store. We have 2 Asian corner chairs, but only one had a pillow. I came to this store thinking about getting a copy for the other chair. First, I got a hard sell, which always bothers me. I gave them the existing pillow to copy. When I went to pick up the new one and asked for the old one back I was told that they ripped it up to provide a pattern! I tried to talk to them but was just told that that's the way it goes. I decided to file a grievance with the credit card company. They told me to take the pillow back and get a receipt. I took the pillow back but they refused to give me a receipt. They also threatened me with a lawsuit and started yelling and trying to browbeat me. We finally came to an agreement after about 20 min of their yelling that they would make a replacement for half the price as the first. So I ended up paying 50% more and ending up with 2 pillows that were inferior to the one I started with. I will never go back into that store again. more

I drive by this shop in West L.A. every week and didn't realize they did alterations until I went in to shop for some notions. Although they didn't have the exact type of notion I was looking for, the owner was super friendly and helpful. I was going to visit a different shop to have some last-minute tailoring done, but once I saw a tailor at work on premises, I asked if they could do the job. They did it quickly, perfectly, and for a low price! more

i love this shop, i had to come leave them a great posting! the owner is friendly, inviting and helpful! not to mention that they have great deals that you cant find anywhere else..over all, i give this shop two thumbs up!!! Pros: free parking in rear more

If you go to Pavilion with an open mind, you might find a treasure. It's not JoAnn's where you can find the same things everyday, but Pavilion has an inspiring collection of fabrics and great deals! Pros: Friendly service, great location, good value Cons: limited but unique selection more

I looked this shop up on line before making my way along W Pico Blvd.It is clearly visible, easy to find and the staff were extremely helpful. I bought some beautiful cotton / linen for shirts and will be calling back for all sorts of other things. The furnishing fabric selection is wonderful and there are some real gems amongst the dress fabric remnants. Excellent shop! Pros: Great location, huge selection more

Driving down Pico, I saw Pavilion Fabricn, It is an informal, down to earth place with a large selection of upolstery at amazingly low prices! Pros: Low prices,easy parking, & friendly service Cons: a bit too crowded with merchandise more

For a week I have had a creative project in mind, but procrastinated in the purchasing of the fabric, because I know that once I start a project I'll regret it...it's always more work than you think it will be...NOT this time!!!
