I ""found"" this bakery by a kind of accident. I was waiting until time to meet a friend for lunch (at a different restaurant) and thought I'd just walk around the area. Passing their shop with a sign outside mentioning muffins, I stopped in and wow! Everything I've ever bought and had the pleasure of eating that's been made by this bakery is just out of this world and it's HEALTHY! There are no preservatives and if you REALLY want an incredible rush, try their RAW pastries, gracious! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to really healthy delights!! Best Bakery In Town - Hands Down 11/20/2008

Pattycake is an all-natural bakery that uses many organic & wholesome ingredients and NO hydrogenated oils in their hand-made treats. A wide variety of ingredients are used, none of which are corn-based. In other words, NO corn syrup, no corn starch. In fact, the only place that corn can be found on our labels is as one of the many oils used in the Earth Balance margarine. The place turns out amazing baked goods. The chocolate cupcakes are to die for and the best cupcakes I have ever tried, vegan or not! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!! more

Pattycake Vegan Bakery is awesome! Their baked goodies are always so fresh. Definitely worth paying a bit more for. Even if you're not vegan, you should try them out at least once. more
