Pattycake is an all-natural bakery that uses many organic & wholesome ingredients and NO hydrogenated oils in their hand-made treats. A wide variety of ingredients are used, none of which are corn-based. In other words, NO corn syrup, no corn starch. In fact, the only place that corn can be found on our labels is as one of the many oils used in the Earth Balance margarine.
