Sump Pump Replacement 12/21/2018

A big THANK YOU to the company, to Brandon for setting the appointment up, and to Russell T. who was prompt, reassuring with his assessment, efficient and tidy with the work done, swift at completing the work, and professional in all aspects of the service call. Tyler: nice, pleasant, courteous man. He explained my options. He answered my questions. He did the work in record time. As of now, he says I am in good shape furnace-wise. I'll know for sure when I turn it on come cold weather. more

A/C Issues 8/27/2018

We were promised a call Monday morning. At 7:30am we received a call to schedule a visit. 30 minutes latter a technician arrived. He had us up an running by 11:30. Now that is what I call service. Tyler, our tech was courteous and very knowledgeable. He provided us 3 options based on his findings. more

Moved into a house whose previous owner had worked on the plumbing. Many things just a little "off". Pat the Plumber were a little higher on price, but they knew what they were doing and fixed it. They have a 3 year warranty, and they honor it. Had to call them back as one little thing out of a multitude was missed, and was not charged any additional charge for them returning and fixing it. I am going to use them again when a plumber is needed. more

Plumbing of new shower drain and free check of HVAC 4/6/2018

I am writing to speak of both Seth and Tyler. Seth did excellent plumbing work and Tyler checked our HVAC. Both young men were polite, took care of the work at hand, and gave a favorable impression. Plumbing work was good and Tyler gave options for future service. more

Outstanding 3/2/2018

Brian , Service Pro, as well as the rest of the staff at Pat the Plumber work together like a well oiled machine. The were helpful, courteous, and knowlegeable in helping me get through what could have been a very stressful and costly day when my water line sprang several underground leaks outside in my front yard. Not only did they explain everything step-by-step, they were able to replace my outside water line in one day. Everyone else I called in the area would take several days to a week later to even come and look at problem. I would highly recommend Brian and Pat the Plumber. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs. more

Water Heater 1/3/2018

Hot water running slow out of faucets. Called Pat Plumbing and he sent Brian. Brian installed my water softner and did a great job. He immediately said I needed a new water heater after checking faucets. He explained all they had to offer. He is very courteous and I enjoy dealing with him. I give him 5 stars. more

Heater quit working in freezing weather 12/28/2017

We had no heat and called pat the plumber, they were out here within 2 hours (had jobs before us) and Tyler had it fixed ASAP. He even had to go and get the part and had us with heat quickly and efficiently. He was thorough with everything he did and gave us a great price for a great job. We will never use another company besides pat the plumber more
