Passionate company, gorgeous lighting! 9/23/2011

Their service is excellent, I have yet to meet a sales associate who is unfriendly. Everyone there was so knowledgeable about all the product they carry! Passion Lighting is an excellent resource for anyone wanting to give their home a makeover. Whether it's home decor or lighting, this place has an incredible selection. They offer so many options to light up your home beautifully. The store even has fresh baked cookies daily! The pieces we bought look beautiful and I already want to go back! more

This is the one stop shop.... 8/5/2011

I was remodeling my house and had a long list of things I had to replace or update. Not just lighting, but decorations as well. I walked into Passion Lighting and I could not believe the home decor they had. Everyone there was so helpful and full of knowledge. I walked away with fans, mirrors, candles, and beautiful lights. more

Gotta love those ladies 8/5/2011

I have been in several times, I always find something just right for my house...all the ladies there are just great. It's important to ask about sales though, they sometimes have private sales that are not always advertised, so it is a great way for me to save something extra. Ask for Nina...she really knows her stuff! more

Best Selection in Texas!! 7/17/2011

Wow! This store was everything I had hoped for and more! I cannot believe how much selection there was to choose from. It was absolutely incredible. Ask for Lisa when you go. She was extremely helpful in finding me what would look best in my home. I have been to every lighting store in North Texas, but none compared to Passion Lighting. My husband and I had a wonderful experience here and we will definitely be back to pick out our landscape lighting. The owner, Bruce, runs a wonderful store and has an amazing team who is knowledgeable about lighting. You can tell that lighting is truly their passion. Overall great store! more

Worth the Visit 3/13/2010

When I drove up it was not impressive from the outside, but boy it was VERY impressive inside...incredible selection, great prices and I really enjoyed learning from a very helpful clerk...give them a try but ask about their specials...it saved me some money... Pros: Great selection more

Good Selection. Bad Customer Service. 4/4/2009

I placed a huge order for a new construction house last year. I found their selection to be good, offering a variety of styles from traditional to contempory to even a few modern fixtures. Working with a rep to choose all my fixtures went smoothly. It wasn't until the order was placed and payment made that the service changed. I had quite a few bulbs missing from my order and two of the fixtures were not the right ones. It was like pulling teeth to get any response from customer service. And since then I have had to return to find specialty bulbs that are very specific to some of the units and they have been unwilling to help me re-order those parts. I rarely am ble to get a return call either. I give the low score mainly due to poor customer service. Pros: Good selection of styles from traditional to modern Cons: Customer service more

Wow, what an awesome lighting showroom 3/3/2008

We found everything there, it was huge and the selection and prices were really good. If your in the market for lighting or even home decor, they have it. They even had fresh baked cookies on the counter. I found their kitchen lighting lab toward the back of the store and they can demonstrate all kinds of lighting techniques and products. I loved their home decor, they had mirrors, art, accesories, beautiful tapestrys with relgious verses, really nice crosses, and all kinds of other stuff. Pros: Prices and selection Cons: call if go on a Saturday, they can get busy more
