Pasadena Movers

This is totally disaster. We hired Pasadena Movers (181 N Hill Ave, Pasadena, CA 91106) to move on May 30, 2012 from Pasadena to Los Angeles. We were very unhappy with the movers and the whole move that took 4 guys to do the move in 10 hours (from a 2 bedrooms condo to another 2 bedrooms condo), it was just absolutely terrible!!! It costed us $1,490.00.\r During the move, the movers had made damages to the King size mattress, mattress pad and mattress cover. They were ruined and damaged (they literally dragged the mattress). We sent the pictures of the mattress for the proof of damages. Complaint filed and after several phone calls to get to their insurance carrier, they refused to give us insurance carrier's phone number and instead gave us suspiciously false email address (claimservices2012@gmail.com) which can be made in a minute from gmail free account. We never received any respond after we wrote couple of emails to that email address. We got back to call the movers but they were ignoring our calls and when they took the calls they put us on hold for hours before we hung up. They are avoiding us to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional and the good reviews portrayed in here are not reflecting their conducts. more

We had a short move from the downtown apartment to midtown. We chose Pasadena Movers in Pasadena simply because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the least expensive we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything humanly possible to protect our stuff. We were shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We'd minor damage to our bed, and when I pointed it out for them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we should were insured for. The harm was so minor, and really beyond what they can control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. If we have to move again, we will be using Pasadena Movers. more

With excellent customer care and prompt professional movers I felt that it's all taken care off. There have been no additional costs I was never told of, no problems, nothing but clean professional work that was well done more

Every piece was moved without even a scratch on it. The movers knew exactly how to wrap and pack the items. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into one of the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

I dispise moving, but they actually managed to get an enjoyable experience! Pasadena Movers were punctual, friendly, helpful and helped me stay calm during my move. I'd some very difficult pieces to move, some with great sentimental attachment, plus they treated it with the greatest of care! I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Pasadena moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. Pasadena Movers provided the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The three movers were promptly, very professional, and very helpful. They completed my move to a new studio in lust a couple of hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The fee at the end of the move was as decided, although there were a few additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for the couch and a bag for that chair. Overall, Pasadena Movers made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them. more

I recently hired Pasadena Movers to help me with my move. They made a stressful experience smooth and easy. The first thing that impressed me about Pasadena Movers, would be that the owner, personally came to my apartment to make the estimate. In all the years of living in Pasadena and all the moves I've made, this was the first time that the owners has had the time and care to actually make sure I was being taken care of. Your day of my move, the men who came to move me were so wonderful. These were polite and courteous and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. Not only was the move quick and painless, but the estimate I was given held true at the end of the move. I have already recommended Manor to many of my friends and coworkers and I will use them myself on my next move. You really can't go wrong with this company! more

It had been my first move, so naturally I've lot and lots of questions, and all sorts of were answered patiently from the very patient Christi who won my business with the professionalism. Every little detail she set it up and my husband when we conference called in regards to the hourly price and extra cost of supplies, was a big help on the go day. We were packed and ready for the movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no bad surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they gave me an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. Which was a good start and I was glad your day kept going in that direction. These were always smiling, even with the super hot day I wound up moving on. Pasadena Movers made my move quick and easy. more

My family used Pasadena Movers movers for the past 15 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 3 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 6 hours with 2 packers. Pasadena Movers moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Pasadena Movers movers in Pasadena! more

I was very impressed with Pasadena Movers. I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical when 3 students in glasses showed up. I was afraid I would need to help out in big items like my massive couch. But they wrapped and moved everything with ease. They arrived promptly and packed everything in my studio apartment under an hour. The whole process took around 2.5 hours when they estimated 3-4 hours in their quote. Great job guys! more

I recently moved after being in the same apartment for a long time, and having not moved for so long, I was very apprehensive about it all - the packing, the actual move, etc.  I needn't have worried... Derek and his crew (Angel and Raul) were on time, they carefully loaded up all of my stuff much more quickly than anticipated, and then within an hour of them pulling up to my new house, I everything was unloaded.  I was really pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them and use Pasadena Movers again myself as well. more
