This is totally disaster. We hired Pasadena Movers (181 N Hill Ave, Pasadena, CA 91106) to move on May 30, 2012 from Pasadena to Los Angeles. We were very unhappy with the movers and the whole move that took 4 guys to do the move in 10 hours (from a 2 bedrooms condo to another 2 bedrooms condo), it was just absolutely terrible!!! It costed us $1,490.00.\r
During the move, the movers had made damages to the King size mattress, mattress pad and mattress cover. They were ruined and damaged (they literally dragged the mattress). We sent the pictures of the mattress for the proof of damages. Complaint filed and after several phone calls to get to their insurance carrier, they refused to give us insurance carrier's phone number and instead gave us suspiciously false email address (claimservices2012@gmail.com) which can be made in a minute from gmail free account. We never received any respond after we wrote couple of emails to that email address. We got back to call the movers but they were ignoring our calls and when they took the calls they put us on hold for hours before we hung up. They are avoiding us to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional and the good reviews portrayed in here are not reflecting their conducts.
