We've used Parrish since 1999 and have gotten great service on everything from HVAC to Plumbing. They have done major renovations to the plumbing in a 90 year old home, installed furnaces on two different houses for us as well as minor plumbing fixes. We've had nothing but great luck with their techs. Yes they try to upsell but so does everyone, that's part of the job. We don't call anyone else anymore.\r more

Like everyone else here I was introduced to Parish by a home warranty service call. Unlike other people, my experience with Parish has been excellent. I had them install a new high efficiency furnace in 2004. The installation was perfect and worked flawlessly. The crew was great; knowledgeable and on-time. This past fall the water heater failed and I had them install a tankless heater. Again, professional and punctual. My home is one of the less than 10% using oil heat. So, thinking that there's a limited future in oil and to increase the resale desirability of my home, two months ago I had them install a geothermal system. I'm very happy with Parish and would not hesitate to recommend this company.\r more

My experience with Parrish Services was quite different than all the other reviewers. They were called to service our A/C after another company failed to fix it. The Parrish technician took the time, in extreme heat, to properly situate a drain pipe in the attic. The previous company (United Air Temp) had regularly serviced the unit and never found the problem. Parrish sent another technician to replace a capacitor, he showed up on time, was informative and friendly and fixed the problem. The technician mentioned that a high efficiency unit would be better---but didn't push. Parrish didn't lie to us like United Air Temp. United stated that if we didn't have regular maintenance on our units, our Home Warranty would be invalidated. A total lie! We've asked our Home Warranty company to only send Parrish Services to our house.\r more

Parrish gets 5 stars from me! I have used them for both A/C and electrical needs and each time have been incredibly impressed by the techs and their knowledge. They explained things to me in a way that I, as a female with no hvac/electrical experience, could understand. I also told them that they did not have to wear the shoe covers in my house and was politely informed that the company policy is that shoe covers are worn at all homes. I respect that level of professionalism. I will continue to use Parrish Services and highly recommend them!\r more

I had them install a whole house generator, and was extremely pleased with the process. There were some delays that could have been better communicated to me, but once all the parts were in, the installation was a breeze. We haven't lost power since we had the generator installed, but I am confident that if we do, the generator will click on as tested.\r more

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company to diagnose and fix a plumbing problem. Another company had been dispatched six months prior, diagnosed the problem incorrectly, and made a huge mess, which they didn't clean up when they left. After spending a good deal of time investigating my tech correctly diagnosed the problem, explained what it was and how he was going to fix it. He treated me just as courteously as he would have if I was payiing for the repair myself. The last company acted as though I was bothersome because my job was a warranty claim. My tech was very clean, very polite, and very professional. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to people I know.\r more

We recently purchased a new tankless water heater from Parrish. The technicians were thorough, explained everything along the way, and were extremely careful to contain construction debris and remove everything afterward. We felt the price was right and we felt the service was EXCELLENT.\r \r more

I received a call from Parrish, my experience with them has been wonderful. I had the company install a new high efficiency fumane a couple years ago. The installation process was great they were professional and worked flawlessly. They were knowledgably and on time. Later on my water heater failed and I had them install a tank less heater once again they were professional and on time. My house is one of the less 10 percent using oil heat. Thinking ahead in the future and how I want the value of my home to still be in good shape I have them install geothermal system thinking on the oil limitation in the future. They are great and would not hesitate to refer them to anybody. more

When we lived in VA, this is the company we always used when the heating or air went on the fritz. They always came out when they said they would and fixed everything quickly. One summer day the A/c broke when it was 100 degrees. Parrish was backed up with work, but promised to fit us in on this ungodly hot day. Without them, it would have been a sleepless night! I definitely recommend Parrish for prompt, professional service! more
