My experience with Parrish Services was quite different than all the other reviewers. They were called to service our A/C after another company failed to fix it. The Parrish technician took the time, in extreme heat, to properly situate a drain pipe in the attic. The previous company (United Air Temp) had regularly serviced the unit and never found the problem. Parrish sent another technician to replace a capacitor, he showed up on time, was informative and friendly and fixed the problem. The technician mentioned that a high efficiency unit would be better---but didn't push. Parrish didn't lie to us like United Air Temp. United stated that if we didn't have regular maintenance on our units, our Home Warranty would be invalidated. A total lie! We've asked our Home Warranty company to only send Parrish Services to our house.\r
