OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/26/2014

I went to Parker Toyota (where i also purchased my car) for an oil change on Feb. 14th before my work day. I told the service department i needed to be to work at 8 so if need be dont wash it - They not only had my car washed and serviced in under 1 hour, while i was waiting another employee told me to make sure and take a rose for Valentines Day! Every time i go there i leave with a smile and am so pleased with the service! GREAT place to do business. more

Great Customer Service - Friendly staff. 2/24/2014

Everything was done fine. However, after I got home and was reading the paperwork, I noticed that it said that I had an engine leak. The documents did not explain what the leak is and no one pointed it out to me at the shop. more

From the initial contact with the sales manager (Chet) to the multiple interactions with our fantastic salesman (Craig) to the ease of finishing the deal with the finance guy (Keith), we were treated with respect, patience and truly exceptional customer service. We now have a perfect new 4Runner and will be returning to Parker Toyota for our next vehicle. more
