detailed/friendly service 3/4/2014

staff were friendly. gave full detailed report. I know your staff was just doing their job, but it was kind of frustrating coming in for a $30 oil change that turned into a $550 bill for inspection, filters, brakes and rotors. After I paid the bill, I researched costs of items and just felt that $550 was a little much for the services completed. more

Our experience was great. We didn't feel pressured or hurried .Mike was our sales person.He was so nice and did everything he could to help us decide on what we wanted and then to get into the vehicle we loved.This was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Them we brought our Toyota in to have some work done at that was also done in a timely process everyone was very friendly and offered help with any questions we had..What a great business you have.. we will be spread the word to anyone interested in looking for a vehicle, and of course will be back in the future with our business. more

Mike Austin was great!!! I walked in by myself without knowing what I needed to do to try to get a new car and I walked out with a 2014 Scion xB! He was very helpful and explained the leasing program to me very well. He even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left! I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle! And I am so happy with my new car! more
