Everyone was very friendly & helpful. I felt like they were honest & completed everything they said they did. They honored a discount from a previous service that had not met my expectations. Went to Parker for my final free service on my Camry Hybrid. I arrived on time and the car was immediately taken in for the service. The car was returned exactly at the time promised. Can't ask for anything more. more
