Why did I wait 2 weeks to write a review for the Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning service? I wanted to see how my carpets held up to a weekend of house hunters traipsing through. My rugs came through beautifully - no worn traffic zones, no mysterious spots returning, just beautiful, 18 year old carpets. That's right - they made my 18 year old, beige carpets look wonderful. \r \r Not only do they look wonderful, but they feel soft and bouncy when you walk on them in bare feet. There was never any sticky residue, or crispy chemicals drying on top.\r \r I was a little concerned that the carpet on my stairs seemed very wet and took extra long to dry, but it is because they clean this area by hand in order to get to all the corners.\r \r This was my first experience using the Parker Brothers, and I am more than pleased. Yes, you get the actual Parker brothers - no sub-contractors. These men work together like a well-oiled machine. Why? Because they've been doing it forever!\r \r My home sold in 5 days. You can bet I'll be calling the Parker Brothers in to clean the carpets when I buy my next house. Thanks! more

The Best of The Best! 6/23/2011

I had called several carpet cleaners looking for someone to make an exception. It was Friday evening and without fail, I find out I've got relatives coming in, Saturday. My new kitten decides to get mud prints all over the house. I thought I was doomed but Parker Brothers, took my late call and without hesitation confirmed that they would be able to help. Showed up at 7:00 am and did a perfect job! The relatives thought it was brand new carpet! THANK YOU, PARKER BROTHERS! more

Fantastic service 2/23/2011

We have used Parker Brothers several times over the past couple of years. In fact, we had an opportunity to use them twice in one day. After cleaning our carpets and making them look brand new my lab decided to get sick and make a mess on the stairs that were still damp from their earlier visit. We called and explained the situation and Parker Brothers came back out after hours and had the carpet looking great within minutes. more

Family business. Very pleasant to have in your home. Professional results at very reasonable rates. Will refer to friends and neighbors. This service was for a flood emergency. Several others companies did not answer their phone. Pros: quick response, fair price more

Great for busy parents! 8/30/2009

We are a busy family with kids, dogs, and parents all trying to co-exist on the same carpets. Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job on our carpets in Frisco. Friendly from the moment they walked in the door. It is obvious they love what they do. If you are thinking about changing out your carpets in this economy, give them a chance....your carpet's will look great! They gave good advice on fixing small maintenance issues and are completley professional and very friendly. I will continue to call them as our carpets need TLC. more

A+ Service & Attitude with amazing results! 10/31/2008

I've used all the big name carpet cleaners always hoping I'll find one that does the job right and I've always been disappointed - winding up with carpets that appear clean when they leave and having all the problem areas come back after the carpet dries. After reading the review for Parker Bros, I thought I'd give them a shot. I e-mailed them to get a quote and they called me almost immediately with a price comparable to what I've paid the ""big guys"" but what a surprise that their price included everything - clean, deoderize, Scotch guard, etc. - all the stuff the other guys nickle and dime you over. They were able to come out within a few days of my call, showed up on time, where extremely friendly to me and my pets, spent their time to get the job done perfectly and WOW - my carpets are better than new. They look like they did when they were installed but feel even better - like silk. I'll be using them from now on. My only regret - that it took me so long to find them - don't make the same mistake. : ) I've always dreaded my yearly carpet cleaning but now I'm looking foward to it. Pros: They know how to clean berber carpeting! Cons: Absolutely none! more

Impeccable Service 10/2/2008

I have two boxers and a bulldog who decided to spread the contents of my pantry throughout my house. Then they got sick. I came home from work to see my house looked like a disaster area. The Parker Brothers were there in short order and made the place look new. Pros: I actually have the owners of the business standing at my doorstep. Cons: Absolutely none more

Prompt , professional, and excellent work 7/16/2008

The guys told me they could not get to my house until 2:30 the next day but when I explained my kids had ran there bath tub over upstairs, they said thay would be at my front door at 7:00 am sharp, and they were. They came in and did more than they offered and were very professional about it. I thanks God for good honest help. The Parker Bros. will always have my business!!! more

Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning 5/7/2008

Excellent carpet cleaning at very competitive rates. We have used their service continuously over many years and never had a complaint. Their work is well done, their conduct highly professional. They are readily and accessible for those sudden and unpredictable OOPS moments. We have two dogs and a cat. The dogs are at times less than house broken and seek out carpet for its seemingly grass feel. They, the dogs, on occasion do their best to challenge a carpet cleaning service. I have used Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning for over 6 years. I have recommended them to my sisters and all my friends. They are always on time and do a wonderful job. My sister called them when she had a flood in her home they were over within in hour. They not only helped her get the water out of her house but saved her carpet and floors. Very impressive job. They actually ended up doing more than we expected. This is our first time to use Parker Brothers, but we were very comfortable having them in our home.
