I've used all the big name carpet cleaners always hoping I'll find one that does the job right and I've always been disappointed - winding up with carpets that appear clean when they leave and having all the problem areas come back after the carpet dries. After reading the review for Parker Bros, I thought I'd give them a shot. I e-mailed them to get a quote and they called me almost immediately with a price comparable to what I've paid the ""big guys"" but what a surprise that their price included everything - clean, deoderize, Scotch guard, etc. - all the stuff the other guys nickle and dime you over. They were able to come out within a few days of my call, showed up on time, where extremely friendly to me and my pets, spent their time to get the job done perfectly and WOW - my carpets are better than new. They look like they did when they were installed but feel even better - like silk. I'll be using them from now on. My only regret - that it took me so long to find them - don't make the same mistake. : ) I've always dreaded my yearly carpet cleaning but now I'm looking foward to it.
Pros: They know how to clean berber carpeting!
Cons: Absolutely none!
