During my last visit, I realized I had been a customer of Park Place for at least twenty years and during that time Cathy Masterson has been my service advisor. I want to let you know that I have always been pleased with her ""truly exceptional"" attention to me and my wife, a Mercedes owner also, and to the service she has provided to the five vehicles we purchased at Park Place. I have always felt that Cathy would see that our vehicles were serviced on time that a loaner would be available if we needed one and that I could rely on her advice and opinions on our vehicles when I asked for them.
