this office is really really dirty. The appointments are pointless since you still have to wait 2h. The dentist works on 1 or 2 other patients at thesame time. The dentist in not focused; he always just says yes yes and even forgets to submit you paper work to the insurance for approval and when you go there to have work done is confused what you came for.... ALWAYS the some types of problems with them... Horrible horrible. Only the cosmetic dentist there does a fine job but he as well will takes 2 or more patients at once and makes you wait; even if you spending out of packet 4k.\r \r more

I absolutelty can't say enough god things about this dental office. My mom had a realy bad tooth pain on a Sunday and one of the dentints came in to see her at 3 in the afternoon when they werent even open. We were referred by a friend who has been going there for 15 years and we think it was soooo nice of the dentist to do that for her. Thgey have a really modern office and they do all sorts of specialty work their. they have doctors that are on staff at all local city hospital and they took a biopsy of my mom's dental problem and gave her peace of mind a few days later that all was ok.. A surgeon there actually wound up doing a procedure on her and eventually she went back there for dental implants and a full dental smile makeover. she saw cosmetic dentist Dr. Caiafa and was really happy. more

the fact that this office has all specialists under one roof is awesome. always available for emergencey care and have evening and saturady hours. Had really terrivle pain in my tooth on a sunady morning a few months ago and Dr. Seid came into the office to meet me to take take care of my problem. I had to go to on a vacation and he made sure i was in good shape before i left. I left my wallet at home and he was sooo cool about it. I never even got a bill. a couple of months later i went in to finish my work and dr seed told the front desk he was not charging me for the emergency visit. i have been reffering people to this place for years and i am soo happy that i do. they treat evryone like family and are always there to help. i asked dr. caiafa to speak at my son's school and he did it with out hesitation. Also donated 4 cases of toothpaste ans toothbrushes to the school!!! I saw some people post about wait time. Give Me a BREAK. and get a life while your at it. I dare you to go to the other guys in the area, mainly filthy offices and rude dentists. Sure you won't ever have to wait??? i wonder why more

Just felt it was necessary to respond to the last persons review of Park Dental Care. This place is the futherst place from a medicaid mill. They treat all emergencies first, as any professional office should. People shouldnt get so mad if they have to wait a bit, but they are very popular, and never rush there patients when they are in the chair. They treat all patients the same, whether they are paying $25 dollars or $2500 dollars. They have been around for a long time, and i have seen plenty of dental offices in this are open an close just as quickly. more

Don't go there, you WILL REGRET it 1/22/2012

I had ONE root canal (one tooth) and ONE cleaning there. I ended up with a 4900 dollars bill. I can't treat my other teeth now because my insurance won't cover more treatment for this year! Stay away from these dentists! more

WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!!!!!! 11/10/2011

I am a dental hygienist and this is the worst dental office that I have gone to. The receptionist is extremely rude in person and on the phone. They double and triple book your appointment so you are waiting for hours to be seen. To have a cleaning and exam is a month long wait and they do not confirm your appoinment, so if you made it last month and forgot about it, well...you're out of luck and have to wait another month to be seen. The dental hygienist there is mediocre and the dentist treats you according to your insurance. If you are paying cash or have good insurance, you get treated well. If not, then they only point out the things that are wrong that you would have to pay out of pocket. They are all about money and do not care about your well being. more
