First of all I like their very Hip, modern office. They've got flat screen tvs in every room, its almost like a SPA. And that first got me feeling very comfortable. They also have all specialists on staff, so I dont have to get the run around and go to others places. I get everything done in 1 office. Thank you guys. more

I recommend park dental. not only are they highly qualified and knowledgeable, but their offices are the best that I've ever been to. And anyone that know dentists is, most offices are horrible. Their office has flat screen TVs, nice furniture, its hip and stylish. It feels good to be in there. more

The people who give this practice good reviews are obviously staff of the dentists. Not only will you waste hours of your life for one stinking appointment because they make you wait and wait and wait, but the receptionist is extremely rude. It amazes me that this woman is still employed there. Finally, the work is shoddy and I have to spend thousands of my own dollars having their sh#@!y work redone. Ugh. more

Referred to this office by my husband who has been a patient there for over 15 years. I had been to other dental offices around NYC but found them all to small, very confining, and most of the time not very CLEAN!!! This is really important because being a nurse I know an unclean facility can be downright dangerous and unsafe. I have observed their sterilization procedures and they are just as good if not better than the hospital I work in, Which was just named best in the city! Their office is bright, spacious and it's design is beautiful. I saw their cosmetic dentist for porcelain veneers and their surgeon for an implant. They made me feel like family and took their time explaining everything to me in very simple terms. Their dentists have affiliations with local hospitals and are quite experienced. I grew up in San Diego, CA and always wanted to be a model, now thanks to my new smile I may just pursue my dream! Thanks Park Dental Care! Especially Dr. Steve, Dr Kim and Dr. Caiafa ! more

My wife and I have been going to Park Dental for a couple of years now. About 6 months ago my wife had her third root canal the second done by them. Afterward she began having some pain in her tooth they told her she needed to see an oral surgin. Luckily, the oral surgin that works in their office was not covered under our insurance. more

I am an extremely fearful patient and they made me feel very comfortable from the moment I entered their very modern office. Other offices used to refer me out to other specialists and I also seemed to get the runaround and pay very high fees. Park Dental Care luckily has all specialists in their office and all are extremely qualified. Many of them are on staff with area hospitals and are just as attentive as Dr. Caiafa and his wonderful staff. I needed periodontal work before I had Porcelain veneers placed and Dr. McCrudden was terrific. After my full mouth makeover was completed it was amazing how many people noticed how much I was smiling again. Dr. Caiafa gave me my smile back and in the process restored my self-confidence. I am able to relate to my peers much better and also resume my public speaking. I give lectures around the New York area about Building maintainence and public safety, and I can safely say without a doubt that this is one of the finest dental offices in all of the city and probably the country.
