AVOID! I have used paradise pet lodge many times over the past few years. Recently I boarded my cat for 21 days. I asked them to trim and wash before my return. I also asked if they would just wash her upon arrival (this is not in dispute). I received a call that night while on my way to the airport. They did a trim (something I didn't ask for), and cut her so badly she needed three stitches. In the end they charged me an extra $243 for vet bills because the groomer cut her while performing a service I didn't ask for. I will not be using them ever again for any service based on their character alone. I did not receive an apology, rather I received a bill for their mistake. more

Paradise Pet Lodge is the best! 9/20/2010

I have been taking my dogs to Paradise Pet Lodge for grooming for the past 10 years. The groomers are wonderful and I can especially vouch for Katrina and Erin. They are gifted groomers and always treat my dogs with respect. They are often the first ones to give me a heads up when something is amiss with my girl's teeth or ears. I trust them to take care of my little girls, a Maltese and Toy Poodle. Prior to family staying at our home when we vacation, I also took my dogs to Paradise for boarding. I was always pleased with the attention to detail and desire to make my dogs comfortable while away from their home. I definitely recommend Paradise Pet Lodge for both grooming and boarding. more

we travel often and sometimes need to board our dog. paradise pet lodge is just wonderful! the people are absolutely great, it's always clean, and they do a lovely job with grooming. top notch!!! more

Great place for your pets! 7/17/2007

While I haven't taken my labrador to PPL for quite some time now because a friend is willing to take her when I travel, I used PPL quite a number of times when she was 6 months - 3 years old. Not only are the facilities wonderful (indoor-outdoor), but one can get extra attention for their pets such as nature walks, private theme rooms (should you feel guilty going to Hawaii or Mexico and not taking him or her), and training sessions. Once, after 6 days there and just a few training sessions, she came back to me able to HEEL, which I'd not been able to get her to do. Caregivers Exemplar 11/29/2005

First time placed in a boarding situation; my dane, Tinkerbelle, did wonderful. Clean, no health problems and emotionally top notch, also I think she gained weight. I was concerned, as TinkerBelle is a rescue Dane, and has issues with fears--but, she did great and the wonderful caregivers are the reason.
