This was a follow up to the AC installation performed on the 28th of May. The original installation was not working as expected, so a follow up was made to fix the issues. The original cost was $14,500 but the follow up cost was $0.\r \r After I indicated that there were some issues with the original installation, the owner of the company personally called me and offered me to assist in addressing the issues I was having. He came in with the technician where I showed them the issues. They acknowledged the issues, set up an appointment and promptly fixed the issues. Now the system is working really good. I really think that a business where the owner has a personal stake in making the customers happy is a really great business and I would highly recommend anyone considering a central air install to consider Papalia for their needs. They are very professional and also economical. \r \r If you have any issues, with the install, I would recommend calling them directly, as they are very responsive and will immediately come out to resolve your issues. I really appreciate the people working in the attic when it was very hot.\r \r The provider is great and I would highly highly recommend using them for any heating and plumbing needs. If I have any more needs come up, they will be the first people I will call. more

We had an old shower valve replaced and the tub drain cleared. They accommodated my busy schedule and called before they showed up. The tech was polite and explained what he wanted to do and why. I am thrilled with the valve they installed and no tile repair was needed. I would call them again. more

We used Papalia plumbing twice in the last three years and both times we had a very positive experience. The first time they found the root of a water leak we had and promptly fixed it on a weekend. The second time they were able to work with our budget to replace our leaky faucet in the kitchen. We appreciated their flexibility. \r \r We definitely recommend Papalia plumbing. They are honest, fair, and reasonable. And they do great work!!! more

Just want to add to the chorus of praise for Papalia Co. and it's employees. Had a clogged drain this past week---easy to set up an appointment for the same day---got a call 15 mins before the guys arrived. Nice! The two guys were friendly and professional--up front about the cost---and got to work. Also had a backyard pressure spigot that hadn't worked in two years. Though at the end of their work day --they were more than willing to fix it! Great job all around. Thanks! more

We had used Papalia a few years ago to repair two outdoor faucets that no other plumbers had been able to repair. Needless to say we were ecstatic! This time we needed a leaking kitchen faucet and shower repaired. Mike O'Brien assessed, explained the repairs and cost before doing the job. I had wanted to do a cosmetic trim replacement for the shower. They carried the part on the truck. I thought this was pretty nice since I had shopped for this part and was not able to see it before installing it. Mike was able to show me the damaged parts as he was repairing the faucet. When completed, he made sure I used the shower properly and what to expect until the parts cured. He was respectful of my home, kept a clean work space, cleaned the area, and replaced items he removed. He was a pleasure to work with.\r We have had many plumbers over the past 20 years in our home that needs constant updating and repairs. Papalia has the best service and quality workmanship. We definitely would recommend them. more

Brad was fantastic! A different plumbing company came and threw up their hands when the job got difficult. They just said "" we're done"" and left before the work was completed. But Brad was patient, professional and did a great job installing and reinstalling a sink and faucet. He had to correct the previous bad install. The job was correct, he left the kitchn clean and was a really nice young man. more

The gas boiler in our recently purchased home would not start and our whole house was cold. I called Papalia and Keith was here in one hour, problems diagnosed and solved in two hours. Beyond that, Keith kindly taught me a lot about our heating system. Superb and courteous customer service. I will use Papalia in the future and am happy to recommend them to others. more
