This was a follow up to the AC installation performed on the 28th of May. The original installation was not working as expected, so a follow up was made to fix the issues. The original cost was $14,500 but the follow up cost was $0.\r

After I indicated that there were some issues with the original installation, the owner of the company personally called me and offered me to assist in addressing the issues I was having. He came in with the technician where I showed them the issues. They acknowledged the issues, set up an appointment and promptly fixed the issues. Now the system is working really good. I really think that a business where the owner has a personal stake in making the customers happy is a really great business and I would highly recommend anyone considering a central air install to consider Papalia for their needs. They are very professional and also economical. \r

If you have any issues, with the install, I would recommend calling them directly, as they are very responsive and will immediately come out to resolve your issues. I really appreciate the people working in the attic when it was very hot.\r

The provider is great and I would highly highly recommend using them for any heating and plumbing needs. If I have any more needs come up, they will be the first people I will call.
