To all orthotechs, my hats off to you for your caring, gracious and down to earth personalities. Thank you Dr. Dasai for the care you have given me. Unfortunately I have to say that those who receive your patients leave a little to be desired. Nothing makes a patient feel more at ease than heartfelt empathy. more

There's a few comments on here about Doctor Lodha, and I have to strongly disagree with most of the negative ones. This doctor is A #1 in my book. He performed carpal tunnel surgery on me and it went without a hitch. Been back a couple times for follow-ups and he treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and nothing but smiles. We are departing for California at the end of the month (May), and I am truly going to miss his bedside manners. I highly recommend this fine doctor to each and every person looking for a great doctor with the utmost kindness and caring. He ranks second to NONE in my book. Gonna miss you doc! Jim more

I too was referred to Panorama in Golden. I was very impressed with the Dr.'s and how I was treated before surgery. But if you have any problems after surgery you are on your own. It was like how dare I say anything there couldn't be anything possibly wrong with me. Dr. Lodha was more concerned about how my incision looked than how I was feeling. I was prescribed the wrong medicine which made me extremely sick, called the nurse triage line and was yelled at and told it was my responsibility to inform my pharmacist of which drugs I could and could not take. Since when did that become a law? My Dr. knew and gave them to me anyway. I called several times with problems and no one ever returned my phone calls. I was told they would have their IT department look into it. I was asked 3 times by Jennifer their marketing director to do a testimonial for them she never returned my calls and quite frankly I am so glad she didn't. I went and had a second opinion done. They sent me in for another EMG and it is not much better than the one I had done before surgery. So my advice to you is find someone else. I do not care if they have an Ivy League education that does not make them GOD. The only good experience post op I had was with my physical therapist who truly cared about how I was feeling. Run do not walk away from these people. more

I was operated on my Dr. Argawala earlier this year and also had a horrible experience. He said the surgery went well but 8 months later I still have numbness and some pain. \r He was by far the least compassionate doctor I have ever had . He and his office (assistance) did not respond to phone calls at all. Instead he gave me a lecture that I was emotionally exhausting for him and his assistant. He just insisted that he was so good at what he does and tooted his own horn. This was by far the worst medical experience I have ever had. He was pompous, arrogant and very uncaring. He might be good with a knife but he is HORRIBLE with people. Stay Away from him, not necessarily Panorama. more

I had a spinal surgery with Dr Agawala and this was the worst experience of my life! He did the work we discussed, but also took out all of my previous hardware and replaced it with his own. When I later saw the Xrays and asked him, he said it was because he wanted to have it all his own work. The hospital he worked is was atrocious. There was no follow up as I was out of state so I was left high and dry. Their billing agency S & S Billing was dishonest and never even recorded the payments I made. I had thoroughly checked to make certain everyone involved was a preferred provider, but afterwards -come to find out a neuromonitoring service used while I was in surgery was not. When I objected, they sent the bill to collections. I have had quite a few surgeries- this was the absolute worst! The doctor was so happy he could go around speaking and showing my X-rays.. he certainly did not give a rip about my care. My tip would be- find another surgeon!! more

After suffering a compression fracture, I was given the name of a doctor at the Panorama Golden office. Since that was way too far from my house, I ended up choosing Dr. Agarwala at their Westminster location. This was the best decision I could have made! more

Appointments were handled perfectly, the associates were very professional yet friendly and warm, and what can I say about Dr. Knight. She is the best! Immensely competent, and a great woman. Although I am not looking forward to the surgery I cannot think of a better place to get it. Highly recommended! more

Absolutely the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. Would recommend everybody to stay as far away from this group as possible. Their staff is incompetent, rude and they never answer their phone (it goes straight into voice mails, every single time). The doc I saw came across as very arrogant, was always pretty much an hour late for appointments with no apology, did not volunteer any information and every question I had was answered with yes or no. It felt I was in a quiz show he didn't want to be in. Their support staff in every department is as bad as it can get: disability, assistants, billing.....nobody knows that they are doing. They have caused me significant emotional and financial distress due to their ""misses"" and non-professionalism and when I told them that I was unhappy with them they could not care less. Pathetic. Run away from this group, you'll be happy you did. You couldn't pay me enough to even go close to this group again, not even follow up visits for the surgery they did. I will be following up with a different doc and group all together. My rating would actually be ""zero stars"", but I had to go with the lowest which is ""poor"". more

I feel like a new person thanks to Dr. Knight, she answered all of my questions and her treatment was amazing. My body feels like it did before my accident. Thank you. more
